Coffs Harbour Christian Community School

Uniform

The school uniform is a standardised dress code that provides a functional, well dressed appearance for all students.  This prevents potential issues of perception that may arise between students from higher and lower socio-economic groups who may not be able to attain the ever changing vagaries of money-driven fashion.  The school uniform is worn by all students so that all are presented as equal in status in their access to the educational experience.  Therefore a uniform aims to help achieve personal equality as well as personal dignity.
